MacGuffin is my BA in Photography  graduation project. It studies Alfred Hitchcock's use of the plot technique called the "MacGuffin". The MacGuffin is a plot device that drives the characters of the film forward but also may have no real significance or effect on the plot of the film itself. This project highlights the MacGuffins from a series of 24 Hitchcock films and capturing them through the eye of the close up and stripping them away from their original context. The project is also accompanied by a series of 24 books.
